If you’ve been following along here, you know that everything I write about comes back to the same thing - coming home to yourself. Building a life that feels where your body and mind feel grounded, at ease, and filled with joy. And the practices that make that possible.
Meditation changed my life. Not overnight, and not in a dramatic moment. It happened slowly, quietly - one small practice at a time. Little drops in a bucket. And one day I looked up and realized I had rebuilt my entire relationship with food, my body, alcohol, my husband, my family - and most importantly, with myself.
I was a different woman. Calmer. More grounded. More me.
These aren’t practices I read about in a book. They’re the ones I lived. The ones I returned to on the hard mornings, the overwhelmed afternoons, the nights when everything felt like too much. And over the years, through all of it, they’ve become the foundation everything else is built on.
And I want that for you. Every single one of you.
I know how hard it is to start. I know what it feels like to want this and still find yourself scrolling instead of sitting down on the mat. To know you need it and still not quite believe you deserve to make the time. To wonder if you’re doing it right, if it’s working, if it’s worth it.
